BACP Counselling in London NW3
about me
about me

I offer a confidential, warm, empathic, non-judgmental therapeutic approach while addressing a broad range of mental health issues, personal and relationship difficulties. I work from comfortable therapy rooms conveniently located in WC1 and NW3 in London.

As well as offering therapy to help with all kinds of emotional difficulties, I also have a real passion for supporting parents and carers struggling with mentally and physically unwell children and adolescents. When children are unwell, parents often don't look after themselves, as understandably all their energies go into supporting their child. In my own personal experience I found that self-care, including therapy, enabled me to support my loved one in a healthier way. Learning from this, I was able to facilitate and run a support group for parents and carers of loved ones with an eating disorder.

I also have particular experience working with pregnancy, pregnancy loss, miscarriage, still birth, IVF and infertility. I have experience of supporting mothers with peri/post-natal depression, traumatic birth and the consequences. I am able to offer support for women throughout their pregnancy and post-natally.
